Vini Jr. becomes most prolific Brazilian goal scorer for Real Madrid

Vini Jr. struck his 105th goal for Real Madrid against Arsenal and became the highest-scoring Brazilian in the club's history, surpassing Ronaldo. The forward, who made it 1-1, has reached this milestone after seven seasons as a Madridista, in which he has played 310 games.
Ronaldo earned this status between 2002 and 2007, a period in which he played 177 official matches in a Real Madrid shirt. The Brazilian, who made his debut at the Santiago Bernabéu against Alavés, went on to become one of the club's all-time legends, scoring numerous goals and creating many memorable nights for the Madridistas.

Vini Jr. netted his first goal as a Madridista against Valladolid in the 2018-19 season and since then has been instrumental in the 14 trophies he has amassed as a Madridista, including La Decimocuarta and La Decimoquinta. His 105 goals are distributed as follows: 61 in LaLiga, 29 in the Champions League, 7 in the Copa del Rey, 4 in the Spanish Super Cup and 4 in the Club World Cup. Valencia (9) is the team he has scored against the most times.
