Also at the event were Barcelona president, Joan Laporta; first vice-president of the Government, María Jesús Montero; head of the Andalusian Council, Juanma Moreno; Minister for Education, Professional Training and Sport, Pilar Alegría; and president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Rafael Louzán.
