Real Madrid won their 25th LaLiga title 35 years ago today. Our team mathematically clinched the trophy with four games to spare following a 0-0 draw against Valladolid at the José Zorrilla stadium. It was the last of the five consecutive league titles won by the Quinta del Buitre. The team equalled Madrid's run of five consecutive league titles between 1961 and 1965.
