Jude Bellingham has received the Globe Soccer Award for the best midfielder of the year. The Englishman, who joined our team in the summer of 2023, has been instrumental in Ancelotti's side's recent successes and has already won five titles as a Madrid player. "Thanks to everyone and thanks to Globe Soccer for inviting me. It's amazing to see so many players and so many legends. It's a privilege to win this award. It would have been impossible without my teammates, the coaching staff and my family. Thank you all very much," said the England midfielder.

Bellingham, who also walked away with the Maradona Award for young talent, said on receiving his second award: "I expected to win titles with Real Madrid. I signed for the best club in the world. I have the best team-mates and the best coaching staff. We're still hungry to win more. Five titles in one year is good, but we want to continue for many years with this generation and continue to make history with Real Madrid."

"My team-mates helped me to adapt, they accepted me. Entering a dressing room with so many stars and only speaking English is difficult, but they made it easy for me. I can't pick one, they all helped me. We finished the year extremely well. There were games where we could have done better but things are going well. We're going for everything in 2025."
