Real Madrid are preparing for the match against Barcelona

After a huge Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund, the team trained at Real Madrid City ahead of their upcoming fixture. Real Madrid will host Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabéu on LaLiga matchday 11 (Saturday, 9pm CEST).
The starters from the match against Dortmund carried out recovery work on the pitch and inside the facilities. The rest of the squad completed physical work under the orders of Antonio Pintus. They then completed possession and tactical exercises and played a number of small-sided games. Brahim did part of the session individually. Courtois began his recovery process, while Alaba and Carvajal continued with their respective rehabilitation programmes.
“Picking up points is crucial in staying in the fight for LaLiga”, underlined the coach.

Sanitas presented the Real Madrid players and their coach, Carlo Ancelotti, with digital health cards. The event, which took place at Real Madrid City, was attended by Iñaki Peralta, CEO of Sanitas and Bupa Europe and Latin America.
