Lucas Vázquez answered questions from the media at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah the day before the Spanish Super Cup semi-final against Mallorca (Thursday, 8:00pm CET). The defender said: "We're driven by our desire to keep winning, tomorrow is the first step towards winning the Spanish Super Cup, which is our objective. What drives us is hunger and ambition."
"For me it's a source of pride to wear the captain's armband at Real Madrid. Most people dream of it and to be able to do it is a dream come true. Being captain involves good and badtimes and bad, it's a great responsibility."
