3 month(s)

Lorenzo AguadoDiego Aguado and Chema all made their competitive debuts for Real Madrid in the win over Deportiva Minera in the Copa del Rey Round of 32. The first two played from the start at the Estadio de Cartagonova, while Chema replaced Brahim with 63 minutes gone.

Lorenzo: "Making your debut is special"
“It's my lifelong dream, I'm so happy. I'm hugely grateful to Ancelotti and all the  coaching staff. I'd like to thank all my coaches throughout my time in the academy, it's a dream come true. Making your debut is something special."

“We're at the best academy in the world. I've progressed from stage to stage, the work we do is unbelievable. I'll have to make room for this jersey and hang it in a nice frame somewhere."

Chema: "I'm so happy"
“It's a dream come true, I'm so happy. I'm thinking of my family and all the coaches I've had. You look up at the first team and it seems so distant, but my time has come thanks to the help I've had from everybody."
“This number 36 I've worn on my debut will be with me for the rest of my life, and this jersey is for my grandfather, who collects all my match shirts."

Diego Aguado: "I'll be framing this jersey"
“I'm delighted and I'd like to thank all my coaches, especially Arbeloa, this moment would never have happened without him."
“You've got those nerves before the game starts and your mind is racing, but then you step out onto the pitch you enjoy yourself and those nerves melt away. I'll be framing this jersey, I'll hang it my bedroom."
