Kylian Mbappé picked up the Mahou Cinco Estrellas Player of the Month award for September. The French striker received the award at Real Madrid City in recognition of his outstanding performances over the past month. Mbappé played five games and scored six goals.

On receiving the award, the player had the following to say: “I'm delighted and grateful to the Real Madrid fans and it's a pleasure to be player of the month. The most important thing is to win games during this month and hopefully, I can win this award again.”

“Now we have three very important games coming up and we want to win them. The team and myself are ready and I hope we can do well for all the Madridistas.”
