Carlo Ancelotti will make it 300 games as Real Madrid coach when he takes on Alavés at the Santiago Bernabéu. The Italian coach has so far led the team in 196 LaLiga games, 64 Champions League games, 24 Copa del Rey games, eight in the Spanish Super Cup, four in the Club World Cup and three in the European Super Cup.
I have been lucky enough to coach big clubs and I'm going to reach 300 games at the best club in the world. There's no doubt about it. It has been, is and always will be special to be on this bench; to get to 300 games is not a miracle, but almost,’ said Ancelotti when asked about it at the pre-match press conference.
